License Terms

1. Grant of License

Subject to these terms, the publisher of Bitcoin Vision AI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Bitcoin Vision AI mobile apps and Solana dApp for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the app or dApp.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law.
• You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the app or dApp to third parties.
• You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or logos within the app.

3. Ownership

The Bitcoin Vision AI apps and Solana dApp are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in and to the software, user interface, designs, and content compilations are owned by the publisher of Bitcoin Vision AI or its licensors.

4. Open-Source Components

The apps may include open-source software components licensed under their own terms. Where applicable, the relevant licenses and attributions are provided in the app or accompanying documentation. In the event of conflict between those terms and this License, the open-source terms govern for that component.

5. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated by you or the publisher. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the apps from your devices. The publisher may terminate the license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the apps.

6. No Warranty

The apps and dApp are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the apps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
