Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Bitcoin Vision AI mobile applications (Android & iOS) and the Bitcoin Vision AI Solana dApp.

1. Data We Handle

Bitcoin Vision AI does not collect, store, or sell personal user data such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers. We do not require account creation or login. The app displays market data, news, tweets, videos, and AI insights fetched from public or partner APIs.

2. Advertising (Android & iOS)

The mobile apps integrate the Start.io (StartApp) advertising SDK. Start.io may collect certain device-level identifiers and usage data necessary for delivering, personalizing, and measuring ads.

Information that may be collected by Start.io includes:

• Device identifiers (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS)
• Approximate location (coarse), based on network signals
• Device type, OS version, app usage and ad interaction data
• IP address (for fraud prevention, geo targeting, and security)

3. Predictions Hub & Wallet Profiles

The Predictions Hub and related features (such as Spotlight, Leaderboard, My Posts, and Wallet Activity) are designed to showcase on-chain predictions, performance, and tipping. To provide these features, we maintain a limited profile linked to your Solana wallet.

Data we may store for your Predictions profile:

• Your Solana wallet address used in the Predictions Hub
• An optional display name or nickname you choose to show in leaderboards
• Your public predictions, captions, statistics (wins, accuracy, tips earned), and related on-chain tip activity associated with that wallet

We never store your wallet seed phrase, secret key, or signing keys. Wallet connections are handled by your chosen wallet provider (for example, Phantom, Solflare, or Mobile Wallet Adapter), and signing happens in your wallet—not on our servers.

Leaderboards, weekly winners, and “Spotlight” sections may display your nickname, partial wallet address, and performance stats (e.g., accuracy, wins, tips earned) to other users. Tips sent through the hub are real on-chain transactions in SOL and are non-refundable. The Predictions Hub is for educational and community purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

We also maintain an internal “app wallet activity” view that shows the last 30 days of tips, payouts, and platform-level transactions handled by Bitcoin Vision AI. This view does not show your full personal wallet history; it only reflects activity that passes through the app’s designated wallets.

4. iOS Tracking (ATT Framework)

On iOS devices, users may see the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission prompt. If you allow tracking, Start.io may use your device’s IDFA for ad personalization. If you deny tracking, the IDFA is not provided and only non-personalized ads will be shown. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings.

5. Android Advertising ID

On Android, Start.io may access the Google Advertising ID to deliver relevant ads. You can reset or limit this ID at any time in your Android system settings.

6. What We Do NOT Collect

• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or personal profiles.
• No wallet seed phrases, private keys, or on-chain signing keys.
• No GPS-precision location or browsing history outside the app.
• No first-party analytics profiles tied to a real-world identity.

7. Third-Party Content & Links

The app may display or open external content (news sites, social media posts, videos, etc.). When you tap such links, they open in your device browser or a native app. Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Security

All communication with our APIs and data providers is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not sell user data and only share data with the ad network to the extent required to deliver and measure ads.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
